日本政府否定南京大屠杀的居心暴露于世——关于《南京大屠杀档案》入选世界记忆遗产名录的问题

The Japanese Government Denied the Nanjing Massacre： Problem of ＂Document of Nanjing Massacre ＂ elected to the List of Memory of the World

《南京大屠杀档案》入选世界记忆遗产名录后，日本政府以“未经两国协商”、“认定困难”、“不知内容为何”等借口向中国提出抗议，并以拒缴会费为名胁迫联合国教科文组织对申报机制进行改革。本文则对《南京大屠杀档案》的内容进行解读，并指出绝大多数的入选档案都已经公开出版，日本政府之所以反应如此过度，最重要的原因在于安倍政权对南京大屠杀历史的否定立场，包括内阁成员稻田朋美等人在内的右翼政治家都追随安倍，篡改日本侵略历史的居心都伴随此事暴露无遗。

After the ＂Document of Nanjing Massacre ＂ was selected to the List of Memory of the World, the Japanese government protested to China with the excuse of ＂without consultation between China and Japan＂ , ＂ identified difficulties＂ and do not know what the content is＂ , as the reason that refused to pay membership fees,and forced the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization （UNESCO） to reform the reporting mechanism. This article interprets the contents of the ＂Document of Nanjing Massacre＂ and points out that the vast majority of selected documents have been published publicly and that the Japanese government over - reactio, because the Abe regime＇s negative stand on the history of the Nanjing Massacre, Including one of the cabinet members ,Tomomi Inada, and other right -wing politicians are following the Abe government, tampering with the history of Japanese aggression exposed.
