The siege of Qinyuan is a typical example of the CPC＇s response to Japanese ＂law and order,＂ embodying many important features of the CPC＇ s approaches to resist Japanese. The Japanese army＇ s encounter in Qinyuan also represents the epitome of its most difficult challenge from the CPC in North China. Based on the siege of Qinyuan, we can have a glimpse of the reasons behind Japan＇ s ＂law and order＂ dilemma in North China, thus enhancing our understanding of the Anti-Japanese War led by the CPC in the enemy＇ s rear area.
