Asymmetrical Transaction Structure Theory:A New Methodology for Studying Business Model Based on Business Ecosystem

本文提出了基于商业生态系统的商业模式非对称交易结构理论,明确了商业模式分析应该是针对具体业务开展,构建了稳定影响者、中间影响者、直接影响者以及业务驱动者4个核心要素所构成的商业模式分析框架,并据此对四川航空股份有限公司免费接送商业模式进行分析。最后给出了相关的管理启示和未来研究方向。

This paper proposed the asymmetrical transaction structure theory based on business ecosystem, and specified the object of business model analysis as concrete business project. It constructed a business model analysis framework constituted by the core factors of the stable influencer, the intermediate influencer, the direct infiuencer and the business driver. We also analyzed the business model of free airport shuttle service of Sichuan Airlines. At the end of the paper we pointed out the possible management application and future research direction of the theory.
