美国专利信息工作的特点及启示

USPTO Patent Information Work Characteristics and Implications

专利信息是人们获取专利相关知识、信息和情报的重要来源,也是交流和传播专利知识、信息和情报的最基本手段。本文以美国专利商标局专利信息工作特点为研究对象,对其专利信息资源利用、专利信息平台建设、专利信息人才培养、专利信息特色服务以及国际合作5个方面进行分析和梳理,在借鉴美国专利商标局专利信息工作的基础上,提出了我国专利信息工作的实施建议。

Patent information is an important source to access patent knowledge related, information and intelligence for people, and is a basic means also for patent knowledge, information and intelligence＇s communication and dissemination. With the USPTO patent information work as the research object, this thesis does analysis and summarization on the five aspects of resource utilization, platform construction, talent training, characteristic service and international cooperation. On the base of USPTO patent information work, the advices for domestic patent information work are proposed.
