放化疗同步治疗胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移瘤的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect and safety of chemoradiotherapy in treating metastatic tumor of abdominal lymph node after gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms

目的探讨放化疗同步治疗胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取攀枝花市第六人民医院2015年10月—2016年4月收治的胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移瘤患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者仅采取放射治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予替吉奥胶囊。比较两组患者的临床疗效及骨髓抑制、肝功能受损、放射性肠炎、恶心呕吐发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者骨髓抑制、肝功能受损、放射性肠炎、恶心呕吐发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放化疗同步治疗胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移瘤的临床疗效确切,且安全性好。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of chemoradiotherapy in treating metastatic tumor of abdominal lymph node after gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with metastatic tumor of abdominal lymph node after gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms were selected from October 2015 to April 2016 in the Sixth People＇ s Hospital of Panzhihua City, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. Control group was given radiotherapy, observation group was treated with tegafur gimeracil oteracit potassium capsule based on control group. The clinical effect and the incidence of myelosuppression, liver dysfunction, radiation enteritis, nausea or vomiting were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant differences of the incidence of myelosuppression, liver dysfunction, radiation enteritis, nausea or vomiting was found between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Chemoradiotherapy has an exactly clinical effect in treating metastatic tumor of abdominal lymph node after gastrectomy of stomach neoplasms, and with high safety.
