后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果。方法选取江油市九〇三医院2014年4月—2016年4月收治的胫骨平台后柱骨折患者88例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各44例。对照组患者予以前侧入路手术方式治疗,治疗组患者予以后侧入路手术方式治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、住院时间、膝关节胫骨生理功能恢复正常时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者住院时间、膝关节胫骨生理功能恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果确切,可快速恢复患者膝关节胫骨生理功能,且不良反应少。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of posterior approach operation in treating posterior column tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 88 cases of patients with posterior column tibial plateau fractures were selected from April 2014 to April 2016 in 903 hospital of Jiangyou City, which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 44 cases in each group. Control group was treated with anterior approach operation, treatment group was treated with posterior approach operation. The treatment effect, hospitalization time, recovery normal time of physiological function of tibial and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of treatment group was better than control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The treatment group of recovery normal tittle of physiological function of tibial were shorter than control group (P 〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was lower than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Posterior approach operation has an obviously clinical eftect in treating posterior column tibial plateau fractures, itcan effectively recover physiological function of tibial, and with less adverse reactions.
