双源CT和冠状动脉造影诊断冠状动脉狭窄的价值对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的对比双源CT(DSCT)和冠状动脉造影(CAG)诊断冠状动脉狭窄的价值。方法选取2014年3月-2016年9月医院收治的冠心病患者98例,均分别采用DSCT和CAG检查诊断,对比观察2种检查方法的诊断价值。结果本组98例患者共检测冠状动脉节段1206节,其中CAG检出血管狭窄928处,血管正常278处。DSCT检出血管狭窄733处,血管正常473处。CAG的血管狭窄检出率与DSCT血管狭窄检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DSCT诊断冠状动脉狭窄的价值与CAG接近,应用价值良好,可作为冠状动脉狭窄的筛查方法。
