摘要
日本幕末时期并没有雕塑这个概念,雕塑只是一些与实用需求相关的"手工艺品"或"简单雕刻"。随着明治时期对西方雕塑观念和技术的移植,雕塑开始摆脱"手工艺品"的窠臼,成为了纯粹的美术门类。从此,日本近现代雕塑一直伴随着西方艺术思潮的影响而不断发生变革,直至二战后得到空前发展,成为了与绘画享有同等地位的艺术形式。本文对日本近现代雕塑的转型与发展历史进行了廓清和阐明。
There was no concept of sculpture in Japan's Shogunate period and sculpture at that time was something practical handicrafts articles or simple carving. Along with the input of western sculpture's concept and techniques in Meiji period, sculpture became an art form and broke the old craft rules. Therefore, influenced by western artistic trend, modern Japanese sculpture changed continuously and developed on an unprecedented scale after World War II and became an art form share the same position with painting. The article illustrates the transition and development history of modern Japanese sculpture.
