摘要
为了提高采煤机滚筒的工作性能和设计效率,基于Matlab与Excel联合开发了采煤机滚筒辅助设计软件,可快速生成截齿排列图、载荷曲线、切削图及txt载荷文本,为采煤机滚筒三维实体参数化建模和动态可靠性研究提供依据;综合考虑采煤机牵引速度、滚筒转速、叶片螺旋升角及截齿排列方式对滚筒落煤及装煤性能的影响,找到使其整体工作性能最优的设计参数;基于实际工况,找到了新型大采高(6.5 m)采煤机螺旋滚筒的最佳设计方案,在截割电机额定功率下,使最大切削面积达12 094 mm^2,截割比能耗最低至0.385 9 kW·h/m^3,为采煤机滚筒的设计及优化提供了一种快速、便捷的方法。
In order to improve the work performance and design efficiency of shearer drum, shearer drum aided design software has been developed by combined programming of Matlab and Excel, which can generate picks arrangement plot, load curves, cutting plot and TXT load text quickly, providing a basis for shearer drum modeling and dynamic reliability analysis; Considering the influence of the shearer traction speed, rotation speed and blade spiral angle on the drum' s cutting performance and loading performance, to find the design parameters that can let the whole performance get optimal; Based on the actual working conditions, the optimal design scheme have been found for new large mining height shearer, under the rated power of cutting motor, it guarantees cutting area can reached the maximum 12094mm^2, cutting specific energy consumption reached minimum to 0. 565 9 kW.h/m^3 , providing a quick and convenient method for the design and optimization of shearer drum.
