摘要
为了实现助力外骨骼长时间稳定可靠运行的目的。以助力外骨骼原理样机液压动力单元为研究对象,采用傅里叶级数拟合方法建立了助力外骨骼运动学模型,分析助力外骨骼液压系统,得到助力外骨骼液压动力单元所需散热功率。利用Ansys仿真软件对助力外骨骼液压动力单元进行建模和热仿真,分析助力外骨骼液压动力单元实际散热功率和温度场,针对助力外骨骼液压动力单元温升问题提出相应的解决方案。
In order to achieve the exoskeleton steady, reliable and long operation. Taking exoskeleton principle prototype hydraulic power unit as research object, using the method of Fourier series to establish the exoskeleton kinematics model, analyzing the characteristics of exoskeleton hydraulic system to get hydraulic power unit required heat dissipated power. Establish model of the exoskeleton hydraulic power unit and simulation the thermal of exoskeleton hydraulic power unit in ANSYS to analyze the exoskeleton heat dissipated power and temperature field, bring up an appropriate solving scheme.
