摘要
硬质合金由于硬度高、抗压能力强、耐磨性好等优异性能,在地质矿山凿岩工具上得到了广泛应用。本文通过调整WC粒度,改进生产工艺,成功制备出了中颗粒GM06牌号硬质合金,通过在现场凿岩测试,取得了理想的使用效果。
Due to high hardness, compressive strength, wear resistance and good performance, Carbide have been widely used in the geological mining tools. In this paper, by adjusting the grain size and improving the production process, it is prepared to produce the earbied of the grade GM06 which get medium grain size.Through the field test, it has achieved the ideal effect.
