录井现场防雷系统的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 近年来录井现场仪器设备遭遇雷击的现象时有发生,雷电已成为夏季录井现场必须重点预防的一种自然灾害。针对录井现场的仪器设备频繁遭遇雷击损坏的问题,结合录井仪器设备自身的特点,从雷击的根源分析入手,着重探讨了录井现场仪器设备直接和间接防雷的方法,同时以录井现场隔离栅为例,重点研究室内间接防雷设计方案及室内防雷器SPD的选型、使用和效果。研究表明,在井场井架上铺设避雷针系统可有效地防止录井仪器设备遭遇直接雷击,是钻录井现场中防止直接雷击的有效手段。通过对录井仪器防雷重点区域的划分,在重点部位采用防雷器SPD介入的方法,并在实施过程中利用各个部位防雷的特点布设防雷系统,满足了录井现场的防雷需求。 In recent years,mud logging equipment has been struck by thunderbolt from time to time.Lightning stroke has become one of the most important natural disasters that must be focused on in the field of mud logging in summer.Aiming at the problem of frequent lighting damage to the equipment at mud logging field,combing with the characteristics of mud logging equipment,starting from the analysis of the root causes of lightning,the author discussed the method of direct and indirect lightning protection on equipment at mud logging field.At the same time,a study on the isolated barrier of mud logging field was made,the author mainly researched the design of indoor indirect lightning protection,and selection,use and effect of indoor SPD(Surge Protection Device).The study showed that laying the lightning rod system on well drilling derrick can effectively prevent mud logging equipment from direct lightning strikes,which is an effective way to prevent direct lightning strike in the field.Through the division of the key areas of lightning protection,SPD can be used in key parts,and lightning protection system can be adopted according to the characteristics of lighting protection of each part in the process of implementation to meet the site lightning protection needs.
