摘要 作者开发了一套电弧炉熔渣调制试验平台,以调质高炉渣为原料,用离心成纤法制备矿渣棉及棉板的中试研究.对矿渣棉及棉板的性能进行了分析.结果表明:在此平台上制备出的矿渣棉具有光滑呈圆柱状的表面、直径与渣球含量均符合国标要求,其直径与渣球含量均随酸度系数的增大呈增大趋势;矿渣棉板各项性能均符合高炉渣纤维板的指标值.该项技术不仅解决了高炉熔渣显热利用途径,同时提高了高炉渣的高附加值,为钢铁企业高炉渣余热利用和资源化提供了重要示范. An experimental platform of electric arc furnace for molten slag quenching was developed by the authors.Taken quenched blast furnace molten slag as a raw material,a pilot-scale research was conducted on mineral wool and cotton board preparation by centrifugal fiberizing proces at the platform.Properties the of slag wool and cotton board were analyzed.The results showed that:the slag wool produced at the experimental platform has a smooth cylindrical surface.with increase of acidity coefficient,the diameter and slag ball content increases and they are in line with the inter national standards.All properties of the cotton board can meet requirement of the indexes.The authors technology can not only solve the applied path for the sensible heat of blast furnace,but also can increase the added value of the blast furnace slag.It is believed that the authors' technology has a broad application prospect.
