介绍了SM植物胶的配制方法,它主要应用于砂、卵、砾石层等力学不稳定地层及遇水不稳定地层中的钻进,具有良好的护壁作用,并可提高岩矿心采取率。在吉林珲春农坪金矿区、吉林珲春大东南岔金矿进行了实验,那里地质构造复杂,地层遇水不稳定、力学不稳定,应用SM植物胶冲洗液成功地解决了成孔取心的难题。

The preparation method of SM plant gelatin is introduced, it is mainly used in drilling of sand, pebble, gravel layer and other stressed unstable strata and the insecure strata in water, it has a good protection of the borehole wall, and it can enhance the ore-core recovery. The experiments were carried out in the Nongping gold deposit area of Hunchun, Jilin,Province, and the Dadongnancha gold deposit area of Hunchun, Jilin, Province, the geological structure is complex where, strata in water are insecure and the stressed strata are insecure, application of SM plant gelatin drilling fluid successfully solves the problem of the hole-forming and coring.
