电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定GH3128合金中硅、锰、钨、钼、铬、钛、铝、铁、锆

摘要 采用ICP-AES法测定GH3128合金中硅、锰、钨、钼、铬、钛、铝、铁、锆等多种合金元素。系统研究了各元素四条分析谱线的光谱干扰情况,根据光谱干扰研究结果和分析谱线的灵敏度、信背比以及等效离子浓度等进行了分析线的选择。采用柠檬酸络合钨,基体匹配法消除共存元素干扰,结果良好。 Alloy element amounts of Si,Mn,W,Mo,Cr,Ti,Al,Fe,Zr in GH3128 were determined by ICP-AES in this paper.The spectral interferences were investigated and the optimum analytical spectral lines were seleted.According to the spectral interference and the sensitivity,letter-background ratio and Bec.W are complexed by citric acid monohydrate.The calibration curves were base-matched.Determination results GH3128 alloy were all consistend with the standard value.The relative standard deviation for the nine element in this method was less than 3%.
