激光显微拉曼光谱对鳞木化石的分析研究

摘要 本文采用激光显微拉曼光谱仪分别对云南省楚雄市苍苓镇出土的古代植物鳞木化石的内部和外部进行了测试。实验结果显示在鳞木化石中除了含有CaCO_3外,还发现疑似纤维素CH弯曲振动峰和支链淀粉CH_2OH基团的振动谱峰。这说明在鳞木化石中有可能会含有原物质支链淀粉和纤维素的大分子遗存。 In this paper,the Raman spectrum of lepidodendron fossil was detected by the Laser Micro Photographic Instrument.The lepidodendron fossil unearthed from the Cangling town of Yunnan Chuxiong.The results show that the lepidodendron fossil contains the CaCO_3,Si and P.In addition,the CH_2OH group of starch and the cellulose CH bending vibration Raman peaks were obtained.This shows that the lepidodendron fossil sample may contain the remains of the original macromolecular material.
