摘要 本文建立了不需要消化过程,以悬浮液进样——石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定保健酒中铅和锰的方法,研究了加入稳定剂及基体改性剂对检测结果的影响。结果表明,铅、锰的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为:Pb:2.2%-2.5%;Mn:2.5%-2.9%;回收率分别为:Pb:94%-105%;Mn:95%-106%。本法与国标法相比,具有操作简单、高效准确的优点。 Lead and manganese in health-care wine was directly determined by suspension sampling-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy without digestion process.The influence of stabilizers and matrix modifiers was investigated.The relative standard deviations of lead and manganese were 2.2%-2.5%and 2.5%-2.9%,respectively.The recovery of lead and manganese were 94%-105% and 95%-106%,respectively.Compared with national standard testing methods,this method has the advantages of simple operation and high efficiency.
