国内科技团体创造力评估研究述评

A Review on the Assessment Research of the Creativity of the Inland Scientists′ Collaborative Team

从科研管理角度 ,研究和评估科技团体的创造力 ,对于积极开发和利用这种创造力 ,推动科技进步 ,具有十分重要的意义。然而 ,到目前为止 ,国内在这方面的研究还是空白。本文主要从近年来的相关研究 ,如从社会学、社会心理学角度探析群体的创造动力 ;从心理学角度测评科技人员的创造力 ;从管理学角度评估科研成果的创造性及学术价值等 ,作梳理和评析 ,为我们进一步研究和建立科技团体创造力评估模型 。

It is very important that the creativity of the scientists′ collaborative team should be made an evaluation and research from the angle of management of scientific research for its full development and exploitation to push science and technology forward.But,so far,such research has not come out at home. This article has sorted out and analysed mainly from the recent related researches,such as from the angle of sociology and socio-psychology to explore the team creativity;from the angle of psychology to test the technicians′ creativity;and from the angle of management to evaluate the creativity and academic value of the achievements in scientific researches.It will give a precedented preparations or foundation for our studying and setting up the evaluation patterns of the scientists′ collaborative team creativity.
