“生态修复、城市修补”的思辨与三亚实践

生态修复、城市修补"是一项有关城市规划、建设、管理的综合性工作,是为应对中国城市转型的阶段要求和"城市病"高发的现实问题而提出来的,拥有更具深度和广度的视角,以及更为综合、全面、系统的手段。笔者尝试分析"生态修复、城市修补"概念提出的时期背景和阶段特征,与国内外类似概念进行初步辨析,认识"生态修复、城市修补"的内涵、意义与工作要点,并结合三亚的试点,对"生态修复、城市修补"实践的总体思路和工作经验进行梳理。

The author analyzes the backdrop, compares similar academic ideas, and studies the connotation and key points of the concept. With Sanya case, the paper reorganizes the general concept and experience of ＂urban renovation, ecological restoration＂.
