摘要
针对船舶破损应急封堵装置的整体结构,利用UG软件建立封堵装置整体结构的三维模型,通过Ansys Workbench软件对应急封堵装置结构中承受力作用的重要部件进行结构应力分析,并基于仿真结果对结构整体进行优化。然后对整体装置在布放使用过程中的水阻力情况进行计算和仿真分析,确定整体装置最佳的布放形式。
In view of the whole structure shipbreaking emergency plugging device, using UG software to establish three-dimensional model of the whole structure of sealing devices, through Ansys Workbench software tolerance of emer-gency plugging device structures and function structure of the important components of stress analysis, and to the whole structure is optimized based on the simulation results. Then the overall situation of devices in the cloth of water resistance in the process of calculation and simulation analysis, to determine the overall device is the best form of cloth.
