摘要
新课程理念要求教师成为“课程的建构者”、“学生发展的促进者”、“学生学习的引导者”、“教育教学的研究者”。由于多种因素的制约,教师角色的转变不可能一蹴而就。社会各方面应该为教师角色历史性的转变,创造良好的氛围与条件。
The ideal of the new curriculum demands that the teacher should become 'the builder of the course', 'the promoter for the students development', 'the guide for students' study', and 'the researcher of the education and teaching'. The role's change of the teacher can't be accomplished in an action because of the limitation of many factors. Every field in the society should create better environment and condition for the historic role's change of teachers.
