钽及多孔钽表面改性技术在组织工程学及口腔医学的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 钛及钛合金具有良好的机械强度和生物相容性,是骨科植入物和牙种植体的首选材料,但其较高的弹性模量对临床应用产生一定的影响。钽金属具有良好的生物相容性,多孔钽具有低弹性模量、较高的表面摩擦系数、优异的生物学特性等特点,展现了良好的应用前景。本文将对钽及多孔钽表面改性技术的研究进展、在组织工程学及口腔医学中的应用几方面作一综述。 Titanium and titanium alloys have good mechanical strength and biocompatibility, which is the preferred material for implant but the higher elastic modulus has a certain impact on the clinical application. Nevertheless, tantalum metal has good biocompatibility, and porous tantalum has features of low elastic modulus, higher surface friction coefficient, excellent biological characteristics, and so on, all of which show a good application prospect. This review paper pays close attention to surface modification research progress of tantalum and porous tantalum and their application in tissue engineering and Stomatology.
