摘要
对中空夹层钢管混凝土构件进行了加载试验研究,该试件由内外十二边形钢管之间灌注混凝土而成,试件分别受轴力和弯矩作用。通过试验获得了试件的破坏模式和极限承载力,试验结果表明,内外钢管均会发生受压局部屈曲,与相关规范公式和已有公式的计算结果进行比较,中空夹层钢管混凝土构件已在实际工程中得到成功应用,取得了良好的经济效益。
The loading test was conducted on the double skinned concrete-filled steel tubes. The test specimens were fabricated by filling concrete between the inner and outer steel tubes. Both the inner and outer steel tubes were dodecagonal section. The test specimens were subjected to axial compression and bending,respectively. The failure mode and ultimate strengths of test specimens were obtained. It is shown that local buckling occurs for both inner and outer steel tubes. The test results were compared with design strength,which could be predicted by current standard and equations proposed by other researchers. The double skinned concrete-filled steel tubes have been used in practical engineering projects and obtained economic advantages.
