摘要
首先总结了"3for2"概念的3个关键设计原则,然后通过阐述新加坡东南亚联合世界学院办公空间的项目实践,验证"3for2"概念在高密度人居热带城市的可持续潜力,从而揭示协同系统设计应超出提高能源效率的研究范畴,通过提升空间品质、设计适应性和使用舒适度,实现全生命周期的经济效益。
This paper summarizes three key design principles of the "3for2" concept,and testifies to the potentials of sustainable buildings in tropical cities of high density by an introduction of a "3for2" project at the United World College of Southeast Asia in Singapore.As such,it argues synergetic systems design needs to go beyond mere energy efficiency,and synergetic strategies can provide economic benefits over the building lifecycle by the enhancement of spatial quality,design flexibility and comfort of users.
