住宅小区室外加压消防给水管道施工探析

摘要 随着住宅小区建筑物数量的增多和高度的增加,室外消防给水管道亦越来越多.室外加压消防给水管道主要包括消火栓给水、自动喷淋给水管道.近年来,在对小区的消防安全检查过程中,时有发现消防给水管道出现渗水现象,有的消火栓或者喷淋管道内甚至出现无水状态.究其原因,室外消防管道渗水是主要因素之一.现结合湖州市某一住宅小区室外消防给水管道的施工及后续使用情况,对室外消防给水管道的施工进行了探析.
