摘要
为了给油田开采地区的粟米种植和生产提供可靠的理论依据,同时丰富重金属Cd的毒理学基础知识,采用营养液培养的方法,研究不同浓度的Cd离子溶液(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0mg/L)对粟米幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着Cd离子浓度的增加,粟米幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量先降低后增加,但均低于对照组水平;可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,均高于对照组水平;丙二醛(MDA)含量除0.5mg/L组和1.0mg/L组,其他实验组均显著增加;而叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均显著降低。可见,粟米对重金属Cd敏感,较低浓度的Cd离子胁迫即可对粟米幼苗产生较为明显的毒害作用,该农作物不适合在有石油污染的区域种植。
For the cultivation and production of corn in the mining area,providing reliable theoretical basis and ratio-nalization proposals and enriching the toxicology of heavy metal Cd,using the nutrient solution culture method,thegroup studies the effects of different concentrations of Cd ion solution(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0mg/L)on the physio-logical and biochemical indexes of maize seedlings.The results showed that with the increase of Cd concentration,thesoluble protein content of maize seedlings decreased firstly and then decreased.The content of soluble sugar washigher than that of the control group increased gradually. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)except to 0.5mg/Lgroup and 1.0mg/L group,the other experimental groups were significantly increased;and chlorophyll a and chloro-phyll b content were prominently reduced.The results conclued that maize was more sensitive to heavy metal Cd,and Cd(superscript 2+)could produce more obvious toxic effects on maize seedling than others.So the crop was notsuitable for cultivation in oil-contaminated areas.
