摘要
该研究以工厂化生产的真姬菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)菌渣(SH)替代部分稻草(RS)栽培草菇(Volvariella volvacea)9715菌株,结果与对照培养料相比,满菌时间与原基形成时间无显著性差异。配方20%SH+77%RS与配方40%SH+57%RS比对照配方CK1产量分别提高14%和19%,比对照配方CK2产量分别提高68%和75%。
Spent growth substrates remaining after the cultivation of Hypsizygus marmoreus（SH）was used to cultivate the edible straw mushroom Volvariella volvacea. The result indicated that,compared with the traditional cotton waste cultivation substrates（CK1）,20% SH＋77% RS and 40% SH＋57% RS can get higher production,the yield increased14% and 19%,respectively. Compared with the traditional cotton waste cultivation substrates（CK2）,20% SH ＋77%RS and 40% SH＋ 57% RS can get higher production,the yield increased 68% and75%,respectively.
