摘要 目的:了解上海市某精神专科医院员工薪酬满意度现状,探讨相关影响因素,为精神专科医院薪酬分配制度的完善提供参考。方法:通过薪酬满意度问卷(PSQ)对上海市某精神专科医院员工进行调查,以人口学特征为影响因素进行描述性统计和单因素分析。结果:上海市某精神专科医院员工薪酬满意度总体得分为2.75分,薪酬满意度在性别及学历上的差异不具有统计学意义(均P>0.05),在年龄、工作年限、职称及岗位类别上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神专科医院员工对薪酬的满意度不高,应定期进行薪酬满意度调查,及时了解员工对薪酬的态度,为医院薪酬体系的完善提供科学指导;弱化传统的职称晋升观念,完善内部上升通道;采取公平性措施来提升薪酬满意度。 Objective: To analyze current salary satisfaction situation of a mental hospital in Shanghai and discuss the related influencing factors, in order to provide references for improving the staff work attitude and work behavior. Methods: A mental hospital in Shanghai was selected, and the hospital staff was conducted current salary situation survey with PSQ. Descriptive statistics and univariate analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of the population. Results: The average score of items on the questionnaire was 2.75. There was no statistical difference in gender, education background (P〉0.05). The result was statistically significant (P〈0.05) in age, work experience, title and staff type. Conclusion: The salary satisfaction of a mental hospital in shanghai is not high. We should do regular salary satisfaction survey, timely understand the employees' views on salary, provide more scientific advices for the hospital salary system, weaken the traditional job promotion concept, improve the internal promotion channel, take the fairness measures between the post and salary to improve hospital staff's salary satisfaction.
