摘要
目的:调查大连市整形美容外科护理人员沟通与共情能力的现状并分析两者的相关性。方法:通过目的抽样和整群抽样的方法选择大连市二级以上医院整形美容外科129名护理人员,采用临床沟通能力测评量表和杰弗逊共情量表进行调查。结果:整形美容外科护理人员沟通能力得分为(63.671±8.249),得分最高维度为建立和谐关系(15.008±2.056),最低维度为传递有效信息(6.086±1.587);共情得分为(113.180±18.080),得分最高维度为观点采择(56.656±10.700),最低维度为换位思考(17.234±3.539)。共情与沟通能力相关系数为0.336(P<0.01)。结论:整形美容外科护理人员沟通与共情能力处于中上水平,两者呈正相关,可运用共情提高护理人员的沟通能力,从而减少医患纠纷,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To survey the present situation of communication skills and empathy of nursing staff of plastic surgery and analyze the correlation between them. Methods: By means of purposive sampling and cluster sampling, we selected 129 nursing staff of second class above hospitals' plastic surgery in Dalian City. The chnical communication competence evaluation scale and Jefferson empathy scale were used to investigate. Results: The communication ability score of plastic cosmetic surgery nursing personnel is (63.671±8.249). The highest score of the dimension is to establish a harmonious relationship (15.008±2.056) and the lowest score of the dimension is to pass effective message (6.086±1.587). Empathy score is ( 113.180±18.080). The highest score of the dimension is perspective taking (56.656±10.700), the lowest score of the dimension is transpositional consideration ( 17.234±3.539). Correlation coefficient of empathy and communication skill is 0.336(P〈0.01 ) empathy scores. Conclusion: The plastic surgery nursing staff' s communication and empathy skills are in the upper level, both showed a positive correlation. Empathy can be used to improve the communication ability of nursing staff, so as to reduce medical disputes and improve patient satisfaction.
