摘要
本文综述了心理应激对伤口愈合影响的研究进展，包括伤13患者心理应激的定义、评估方法、心理应激对伤口愈合的影响及具体机制等，认为临床护理人员可采取多种心理干预措施，降低患者的心理应激水平，从而促进伤口愈合。
This paper reviewed the progress of psychological stress in wound healing, including the definition of psychological stress in patients with wound, the methods of assessment, the impact of psychological stress in wound healing, the specific mechanism and etc. We thought that clinical nurses could take a variety of psychological intervention measures to reduce the level of psychological stress in patients with wound, thereby promoting wound healing.
