白斑方熏洗配合超声聚焦治疗上皮内非瘤样病变疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of leukoplakia prescription fumigation and wash.ing combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders

目的观察白斑方熏洗配合超声聚焦治疗上皮内非瘤样病变疗效。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月在本院妇科门诊就诊的上皮内非瘤样病变患者136例，以自愿参组观察疗效为原则，用抽签方式分为治疗组、对照组各68例，治疗组采用中药白斑方熏蒸配合超声聚焦治疗；对照组单纯采用外阴超声聚焦治疗。自行设计疗效统计表，把各患者的疗效分别登记并录入计算机，采用SPSS10．0软件进行统计分析。结果临床疗效观察统计发现，治疗组总有效率为82．35％，对照组为58．82％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P=0．0136）。结论自斑方熏洗配合超声聚焦治疗上皮内非瘤样病变疗效明显优于单纯采用外阴超声聚焦治疗，值得我们继续应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of leukoplakia prescription fumigation and washing combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders. Methods 136 cases of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders in department of gynecology of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, based on the principles of voluntary participation group to observe curative effect, were divided into treatment group and control group with 68 cases in each group with the drawing lots. The treatment group was treated with leukoplakia prescription fumigation and washing combined with focused ultrasound, while the control group was treated with vulva focused ultrasound. The efficacy of the patients were registered and entered into the computer, using SPSS10.0 software for statistical analysis. Result The total efficiency of the treatment group was 82.35%, that of the control group was 58.82%, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P=0.0136）. Conclusion The curative effect of leukoplakia prescription fumigation and washing combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders is significantly better than that of vulva focused ultrasound, worthy of clinical application.
