心房颤动患者经心脏导管射频消融术后心脑血管事件发生的危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究心房颤动患者经心脏导管射频消融术后心脑血管事件发生的危险因素。方法选取本院2012年2月至2016年2月134例心房颤动患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用经心脏导管射频消融术治疗,根据射频消融术后6个月心脑血管事件的发生情况,将纳入患者分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=83),对两组的临床资料进行对比。结果观察组的年龄、BMI、心肌病、脑卒中史、左心房直径、左室射血分数等6个因素与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈O.05)。结论积极控制年龄、BMI、心肌病、脑卒中史、左心房直径、左室射血分数等危险因素,有利于降低心房颤动患者经心脏导管射频消融术后心脑血管事件发生的风险。 Objective To study the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation through cardiac catheter. Methods A total of 134 patients with atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital during February 2012 to February 2016 were selected as study subjects. All patients were treated by radiofrequency ablation through cardiac catheter. According to the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 6 months after radiofrequency ablation, the patients were divided into the observation group (n=51) and the control group (n=83), and the clinical data of the two groups were compared. Result There were statistically significant differences in age, BMI, history of cardiomyopathy and stroke, left atrial diameter, and left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Positive control of age, BMI, cardiomyopathy, stroke history, left atrial diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, and other risk factors is helpful to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation through cardiac catheter.
