某县中老年人高血压盛行率与自我照护及健康行为的现况调查

Investigation on the status of hypertension prevalence and self-management with health management in a county of Weihai

目的探讨某县中老年居民高血压与健康保健知识的现况，并根据研究分析的结果，提出具体可行的政策建议。方法对该地县40岁以上的人口为对象，分层抽样共抽出450例，进行高血压盛行率及其健康管理问卷调查，并做相关因素分析。结果40岁以上居民的高血压盛行率，男女性分别为26．0％和32．1％。40岁以上的居民健康行为方面男、女性平常有作运动的比率分别为42．0％和47．4％，男性没有运动的原因主要是工作就是运动，女性没有运动的主要原因是家务太多。影响40岁以上接受成人健检相关因子主要为年龄[95％CI=1．01（1．00-1．03）]和是否罹患高血压[95％CI=2．22（1．38-3．57）]。结论该县中老年居民的健康检查行为率低，对慢性病关注不足，公共卫生部门应多鼓励居民及倡导对于健康生活的认知，进行慢性病追踪。

Objective To investigate the status of hypertension and health care knowledge of middle- aged and elderly residents in a county of Weihai, to propose specific and feasible policy suggestions based on the analysis outcome of the study. Methods Subjects of the information of 450 samples aged over 40 years old were adopted to accomplish the Health Promotion Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior of People questionnaire. The study conducted an in-depth analytical investigation on the hypertension in middle-aged and elderly population as its primary issue. Results Hypertension prevalence for the samples aged over 40 years old was 26.0% and 32.1% in male and female respectively. The rate of exercise in male and female was 42.0% and 47.4%. The main reasons of lack of exercise in male were too busy with the work and taking the work as exercise, and the main reasons of lack of exercise in female were no companion and too much housework. The related factors influcing accepting adult health check for the samples aged over 40 years old were mainly age [95%CI=1.01（1.00-1.03）] and whether suffering from hypertension [95%CI=2.22（1.38-3.57）]. Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly residents in the county have a low behavior rate of health examination. The health institutions should encourage and promote oeoole＇s understanding on healthy life.
