摘要
目前国内建筑废弃物资源化利用较低,不仅造成资源浪费还污染环境,主要由制度不完善、监管力度不严、科研投入不足及相关企业不够重视等问题造成。以广州市为例,介绍日本传票制度对我国的借鉴作用,并提出相关建议,为我国建筑废弃物实现有效管理提供一种新思路。
At present, domestic reutilization efficiency of building waste is low, not only wasting resources but also polluting the environment. This phenomenon was mainly caused by underdeveloped system, ineffective supervision, insufficient investment in scientific research and ignorance of related enterprises, etc. Guangzhou City was taken as an example to introduce the Japanese voucher system and relative proposals were made to provide a new thought for effective management of domestic building wastes.
