摘要
采用解释结构模型(ISM)对物流外包合同中的因素进行识别,分析各因素之间复杂的层次关系,并采用网络分析法(ANP)对相关因素权重进行分析。然后站在物流需求企业的角度进行分析,采用MATLAB及超级决策软件完成相应计算,得到其在合同谈判过程中的影响因素,有针对性地进行谈判。
In this paper, we used the interpretive structural model （ISM） to identify the influence factors of the logistics outsourcing contract, analyzed the hierarchical relations between them, and weighted the relevant factors using ANP. Next, from the perspective of a logistics consuming enterprise, we isolated the influence factors in the contract negotiation process using MATLAB and Super Decision to render its negotiation efforts more clearly targeted.
