摘要
为提高系统布置设计方法的适用性,以某头枕厂设施规划问题为例,分析了在制品体积对物料搬运的影响,以及多层厂房对设施布置的影响,提出了基于体积修正系数和纵向空间布局的改进系统布置设计方法。通过实践应用,验证了该方法的有效性。
In this paper, in order to improve the generality of SLP, we analyzed the influence of the bulk of the WIPs on material handling in the facility planning of a certain headrest factory as well as how the multi-storey factory building factored in the layout of the facilities. Next we improved the conventional SLP based on the bulk modified coefficient and vertical spatial layout and through a practical application, verified the validity of the process.
