摘要
在卷烟自动化物流中心,订单一般需要分割给不同的拣货设备进行拣选,拣货设备的效率取决于拣货设备的能力,而拣货设备的能力受到周转箱规格的影响。提出以多属性决策模型选择的周转箱规格作为订单分割参数,来减少由于订单分割所造成的各个拣货设备效率不平衡引起的等待时间。
In this paper, we proposed a multi-attribute decision model to determine the turnover carton specifications and make them parameters in the order splitting process by which to reduce the waiting time caused by the unbalanced picking equipment efficiency resulting from the order splitting.
