摘要 [目的/意义]构建高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效评价指标体系,寻找全面合理的高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效评价方法,对于高校图书馆学科服务团队管理,提高学科服务团队的服务质量和水平和用户满意度具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章首先结合高校图书馆学科服务团队的特点,从高校图书馆学科服务团队的团队组织层面、高校图书馆层面、团队成员层面、用户层面、服务过程层面5个维度运用层次分析法构建了高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效评价指标体系,然后提出一种基于模糊综合评价的高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效综合评价方法,最后以吉林某大学工学馆的图书馆学科服务团队为研究对象进行实证研究。[结果/结论]扩展了高校图书馆学科服务团队的相关研究领域,构建了高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效评价指标体系,提供了一种基于模糊综合评价的高校图书馆学科服务团队绩效评价方法,该方法具有一定的合理性和实用性。 [Purpose/Significance] In order to construct the university library subject service team performance evaluation index system, looking for reasonable and comprehensive university library subject service team performance evaluation methods, to facilitate the management of university library subject service team, improve subject service team of service quality and level and user satisfaction. [Method/Process] At first, the paper combined with the characteristics of the university library subject service team, from five dimensions of team organizational levels of the university library subject service team, the level of the university li- braries, team member level, user level, service level, used analytic hierarchy process to construct the mfiversity library subject service team performance evaluation index system, and then put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of university library subject service team performance based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the paper conducted an empirical research by setting a library library subject service team of an university's engineering library in Jilin as the research object. [ Results/Conclu- sion] extended the research field of university library subject service team, constructed the university library subject service team performance evaluation index system, provides an university library subject service team performance evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the method is reasonable and practical.
