This article conducted the strategic maps of academic and research libraries transition. The strategic maps in- cluded eight supplement each other components, they were the vision of research and services libraries, oriented - questions, the object of knowledge collaborative innovation platform, relationship coordination, functional orientation of new knowledge services and management, the subject based on ability building, enabler of development tension and value based on oriented - user per- ception outstanding service.
