摘要
真人图书馆(Living Library)是由特定的人担任Living Book与读者交流分享知识和智慧的服务方式,其核心理念是让用户服务用户。为推动图书馆服务创新与发展,本文详细分析了Living Book的特点、服务理念和服务流程,采取文字描述与图表分析相结合的方式对基于Living Book的图书馆服务模式进行了全面构建。借鉴Living Library理念,图书馆可以构建新型的参考咨询服务、虚拟社区服务、隐性知识服务、阅读疗法服务,达到提高图书馆现代化服务水平的目的。
Living library is a kind of service mode, in which special users could exchange with other users as Living Books sharing knowledge and wisdom. Its core concept is allowing users to serve for users. In order to promote the innovation and devel- opment of library service, this paper made a detailed analysis on Living Book characteristics, service concept and service process, and built a comprehensive library service mode based on Living Book in the way of text descriptions and diagrams analysis. Learn- ing from the Living Library concept, libraries could build a new service mode of reference service, a virtual community service, tacit knowledge, reading therapy service, to achieve the goal of improving the service level of library modernization.
