羊毛条染毡并原因分析及预防措施

Analysis of the cause of felting in wool top dyeing and preventive measures

条染具有拼色效果丰富、各种纤维混和比例灵活及所得织物色光、色差一致等优点而被精纺企业广泛采用。但条染是在纤维比较松散下染色,所以纤维容易受到染液冲击而产生毡并。文章针对毡并产生的机制,从原料细度、毛团成形与卷绕密度、染液循环方式及泵速、染色工艺、设备状态等方面入手,分析了羊毛条染过程中产生毡并的原因。并根据实验,总结生产实践中的经验,得出在染色工艺合理的前提下,加强设备和操作管理是预防和控制毛条染色毡并的关键,同时做好染色前各种有效的防护措施更不容忽视。

Wool top dyeing has many advantages, such as the rich color matching effects, flexible fiber blending ratio, the consistent shade and color of fabric, so it is widely used in worsted enterprises. However, in the process of top dyeing, the fibers are relatively loose, so they are susceptible to the shock of dye liquor and then generating felting. Based on the mechanism of felting, the causes of felting in wool top dyeing were analyzed, from fineness of raw material, forming of hairballs and density of winding, the circular manner of dye liquor and speed of the pump, dyeing process, device status and other aspects. According to the experiment and summary of the experience in production practice, the following conclusions were obtained ： on the premise of reasonable dyeing process, strengthening management of the equipment and operation was the key to prevent and control the felting in wool top dyeing, at the same time, the various effective protective measures before dyeing can not be ignored.
