摘要 为获得漂白效果更佳的黑色人发,采用电化学方法对黑色人发进行漂白,并研究影响漂白效果的因素。对附着于阳极的黑色人发纤维进行漂白,测试了电化学漂白后黑色人发纤维力学性能、化学结构、结晶度、亲水性、表观形貌及漂白后颜色变化。结果表明,当电化学漂白条件为硅酸钠质量浓度1.0 g/L,双氧水质量浓度50 g/L,pH值为10,电场功率40 W,温度80℃,时间80 min时,漂白效果最佳。采用电化学方法漂白得到的黑色人发纤维强力略有下降,白度明显增加,增幅达47.5%,亲水性能也得到较大改善。 In order to obtain better bleaching effect of black hair, using electrochemical method for the black hair bleached, it studied the factors affecting its bleaching effect. Bleaching the black hair fibers attached to the anode. And the mechanical properties, the chemical structure, the crystallinity, the hydrophily, the surface morphology and the color change of the black hair were compared before and after electrochemical bleaching process. The results showed that when the electrochemical bleaching was done under certain conditions that the sodium silicate concentration was 1.0 g/L, the hydrogen peroxide concentration was 50 g/L, the pH value was 10, the electric field power was 40 W, the temperature was 80℃, and the processing time was 80 min, the best bleaching effect was obtained. With the electrochemical method, the strength of the black hair fiber slightly decreased, while the whiteness significantly increased by 47.5% , and the hydrophilic property also greatly improved.
