摘要
随着剑杆织机不断更新换代对引纬机构输出运动规律提出了新的要求,利用三角函数的特性并结合修正梯形运动规律对引纬跃度曲线进行分段组合构造出一种新型的引纬运动规律,采用这种引纬运动曲线不仅引纬加速度曲线连续,且跃度曲线连续,在加速度变号处时的理论碰撞速度接近零的运动规律,与传统的引纬加速度曲线相比,很好的改善了动态性能,降低残余振动幅值。该引纬运动规律曲线具有一般性,可根据生产应用灵活优选参数为引纬机构反求设计提供可靠的数据,同时为优化参数以满足高速剑杆织机提供了研究方法。
With the renewal of weft insertion, mechanism of rapier loom has proposed new requirements on the output motion. Based on the characteristics of trigonometric function and combined with modified trapezoidal motion law, the paper works out the curve of weft insertion jump degrees to segment and assemble. By this way, the new type of weft insertion motion law not only continuous weft insertion acceleration curve, but also continuous weft insertion jump degrees curve. What's the more ,the motion law in the acceleration theory of collision velocity is close to zero. Compared with the traditional weft insertion of the acceleration curve, the new one improves the dynamic performance and reduce, the residual vibration amplitude. In addition, the weft insertion motion curve is universal flexible and it can base to the production application preferences to provide the reliable data for the weft insertion mechanism reverse design.
