摘要
通过对不同混纺和交织毛纺织物的纤维成分定性分析、拆分法定量分析、化学反应定量分析方法的研究,总结出毛织物纤维成分高效检测方法的技巧,并在此基础上提出了利用卤素水分测定仪测量微量纤维、相似纤维等快速准确的检测方法。该方法的提出在保证纤维成分定性、定量分析准确性的基础上,有效地缩短了检验检测时间,同时对于质量监督部门有效控制产品质量,维护消费者合法权益具有重要指导意义。
In this paper, the efficient detection techniques of wool fabric fiber components were summed up through the analysis of different blended and mixed wool fabric fiber composition qualitative and quantitative method, chemical reaction and quantitative methods, and the analysis methods of trace fiber and similar fiber were proposed on the basis of full use of halogen moisture analyzer. Fiber composition analysis is an important index of textile chemical analysis, the proposed method can effectively shorten the inspection time, while ensuring the fiber composition qualitative and quantitative analysis accuracy, and the proposed method has also important guiding significance for the quality supervision department to effectively control product quality and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
