摘要
运用成组技术的原理和方法,结合羊绒及其混纺围巾加工过程中的关键技术特征,采用树链结合的混合式结构、数字结合字母的编码方式建立了16位码的分类编码系统。该编码系统具有唯一性、合理性,可以实现羊绒及其混纺围巾科学、统一的分类,解决产品的数据量大、信息不统一、不规范的问题。企业可以利用该编码系统方便地进行搜集、处理和分析产品设计、制造和生产管理中的各种信息,实现信息互通、资源共享,从而为羊绒加工企业信息标准化奠定基础。
Considering the key features in the manufacturing process of scarf with cashmere and other materials, Classification and Coding System (CACS) with sixteen-digital fixed code was developed by applying a variety of theories and methods from Group Technology. This is including hybrid structure such as tree-chain structure and encoding method with the combination of numbers and letters. This coding system has some key features such as uniqueness, rationality, scientifically improving manufacturing process and also assisting to uniform the classification of scarf. Thus, the large volume data of production, disunity and non-standard format of product information can be scientifically solved. Cashmere enterprises can conveniently search, process, analyze, share all products information which related with designing, manufacturing and processing by utilizing this classification and coding system. From information exchanging and resource sharing, this system will help to set the foundation and accelerate the information standardization within cashmere industry.
