摘要
从自然、经济、社会、生态4个方面选取15个指标测度辽宁省土地生态安全综合水平,运用熵权法从时间序列上对辽宁省土地生态安全演变趋势进行分析。结果表明,2004—2014年辽宁省土地生态安全状况从风险级降为预警级,生态安全水平有所提高但仍然存在较大压力,在此基础上提出:建立土地生态补偿机制,提高土地监测水平;减轻工农业生产对土地的不利影响,加快生态工业与生态农业的发展;严守土地利用规划,突出重点区域的保护与治理,保护湿地、林地、草地等"绿色"土地及公众与利益相关者的广泛参与等土地生态安全保护的生态管理建议。
From four aspects of naural, economic, social, ecological, and 15 indexes were selected to measure the land ecological security in Liaoning Province ; the entropy was used from time series of land ecological security in Liaoning Province to analyze development trend. The results showed that: from 2004 to 2014, the land ecological security in Liaoning Province had been reduced from the risk level to the early warning level, which showed that the level of ecological security had been improved, but there was still a great pressure. On the basis of the land ecological safety protection in Liaoning Province ecological management recommendations, including the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism of land, improve the level of land monitoring, mitigate the adverse effects of agricultural production on land, accelerate the development of ecological agriculture, ecological industry and strict land use planning, broad participation in the focus areas and protection of wetland protection and management, woodland, grassland and other green land, the public and stakeholders.
