摘要
利用有限差分法开发了棒线材热轧温度场预报系统。该系统综合考虑了变形、冷却及摩擦等因素,且具有轧制及冷却工艺可调、参数化输入、图形化输出等优点;系统通过Excel表进行数据的输入与输出。为了对该系统进行验证,本文将某钢厂高线实测温度与该系统预报值进行了对比,结果表明两者吻合较好。本系统为棒线材工艺布置及新产品的开发提供了计算依据。
An temperature field prediction system for wire and rod hot rolling was introduced and developed in this paper with FDM. The effects of deformation, cooling and friction were considered, and many advantages, such as the flexible process of rolling and cooling, parameters input and graphical output through the Excel table were described. In order to validate the system, one rolling process of a company was selected, and the measured temperature and the predicted values of this system were compared. The results show that the values have a good agreement, and it provides a reference for the design and development of new products.
