摘要
为了适应钢铁市场的发展及需要,创造更大的经济效益,在酸洗机组圆盘剪之后增加废边卷取机。废边卷取对于提高废边利用率,降低废边处理成本有重要意义。本文主要论述了酸洗机组废边卷取机关键结构的设计,以及卷取驱动装置的核算,为该类设备的设计和改造提供参考。
In order to the meet the need of development and requirements of iron and steel industry, the scrap bailer was used after trimer in the CPL, which make the scrap collecting much easier. The design of scrap baller＇s key structure and the drive unite calculation were mainly discussed. It was provided a valuable reference for the design and modification of such similar equipment.
