摘要
针对包钢集团公司长材厂生产的GCr15盘条轧后存在裂纹的问题,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、金相显微镜等仪器对裂纹进行了观察和分析。结果表明:夹杂物的存在是导致裂纹形成的主要原因,通过夹杂物的控制、铸坯均热模式的改进及提高表面质量,可减少或避免GCr15热轧盘条表面裂纹的产生。
In view of cracks occurring on the surface of hot rolled bearing steel wire rod in Baotou Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. , the causes were analyzed in detail by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy spectrum analysis and metallographic microscope. The result showed that the existence of inclusions was the main cause of crack formation. Through the inclusion control and improvement of billet soaking model and its surface quality, the crack defect was avoided.
