892例染色体多态性细胞遗传学分析

Cytogenetic analysis of 892 cases with chromosome polymorphism

目的探讨染色体多态性与不良妊娠之间的关系。方法对送检外周血的23 532例患者按常规技术方法制备外周血染色体,分析染色体多态性核型。结果染色体多态性检出892例,异常检出率为3.79%。其中次缢痕区加长或缩短有555例,9号染色体倒位153例,D和G组随体变异151例,短臂的加长或缩短26例,染色体着丝粒异染色质增多7例。结论染色体多态性在临床上具有很大的争议性,部分文献主张多态性对不良妊娠没有什么影响,但部分文献提示多态性在一定内外环境影响下,可产生一定临床病理表现,所以临床应予以重视。

Objective：To explore the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and adverse pregnancy. Method：Blood lymphocyte isolated from 23 532 patients were cultured,G banding was stained and the chromosomal polymorphism karyotype was analyzed. Results：There were 892 cases of chromosomal polymorphism,accounting for 3.79% in all subjects.Among them,there were 555 cases of secondary constriction increased,153 cases of inversion of chromosome 9,151 cases of D/G set with body variant,26 cases of chromosome short arm extended or shortened and 7 cases of chromosome centromeric heterchromatin increased. Conclusion：Chromosome polymorphism is controversial in clinical practice. Part of the literatures claim that polymorphism has no effect on adverse pregnancy,but some literatures suggest that in the internal and external environment,it can also produce a certain clinical and pathological manifestations. So we should pay attention to the clinical.
